Cancellation policy

At Kato Elie Universe we create each monthly drop exclusively for that month's run. because every piece is made specifically for our subscribers, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time — there are no cancellation fees. To cancel, log into your account and manage your subscription directly from your account portal. once cancelled, no further charges will be made.

Important: Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming drop. If a charge has already been processed and your order has shipped, we are unable to issue a refund, as each piece is made exclusively for that month's run.
