Cancellation policy

At Kato Elie Universe, we create each monthly drop exclusively for that month's run. Because every piece is made specifically for our subscribers, all sales are final.

Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time — there are no cancellation fees. To cancel, log into your account and manage your subscription directly from your account portal. Once cancelled, no further charges will be made.

Important: Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming drop. If a charge has already been processed and your order has shipped, we are unable to issue a refund, as each piece is made exclusively for that month's run.
