kato & elie™ is a new york city born art and storytelling universe built around two best friends. a graffiti artist who sees the world in color and a girl who is always three steps ahead. we are building their world one story at a time. we start in the mailbox with a snail mail club. every month kato and elie show up with original art, fresh story, and a collection of things worth keeping. but this is just the beginning.

What is a monthly mail club?
a monthly snail mail club brings back the feeling of getting real mail. once a month, something arrives that isn't a bill, a direct mail sales postcard or a catalog. for kato & elie, you'll get a letter sharing kato and elie's story that month, plus everything inside the envelope, sent straight to your mailbox.
What do I get every month?
each envelope includes: a letter, an art print, a vinyl sticker, a playlist card, and something extra — think a paper good, always a surprise, never the same twice.
Is every month different?
yes. nothing repeats. each letter is its own story, set in kato and elie's world, and every insert is made around that month's theme.
How much does it cost?
$12 per month, billed monthly. auto-renews. cancel anytime.
When am I billed?
you're billed the day you join, and then again on that same date every month. you can update or cancel your subscription anytime.
When do I get my letter?
join by the last day of the month to receive the following month's drop. drops ship the first week of the month. example: join by august 31st to receive the september drop, shipped the first week of september. please allow up to 14 days for delivery within the U.S.
Can I track my letter?
unfortunately, no. kato & elie ships via standard U.S. postage stamp to keep the club affordable and keep it feeling like real mail.
What happens if I don't receive my mail?
sometimes mail takes the scenic route. if your drop hasn't arrived after the estimated delivery window, it may have been delayed or lost in transit. email us at hello@katoandelie.com with your full name, shipping address, and the date you joined, and we'll help make it right.
What happens if my letter is damaged?
if your drop arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at hello@katoandelie.com with your name and photos of the item, and we'll sort it out.
Do you offer refunds?
all sales are final. each drop is made specifically for that month's run. we don't offer refunds once it has shipped. you can cancel anytime to stop future charges.
Can I cancel anytime?
yes. monthly subscriptions are billed until you cancel, and cancellations take effect the following billing cycle.
Do you ship internationally?
